Introduction
NOTE: If you have permissions to a shared Mailbox, then the shared Calendar associated with the Shared mailbox is added to your Shared Calendar list in the Calendar Folder pane. To access the Shared Calendar, follow the steps below.
Instructions
- Open the Outlook app.
- Tap the Calendar Icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap the User Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the app.
- Tap the Add Calendar Icon.
- Tap Add Shared Calendars.
- In the search box, enter MHD-.
- Once the desired calendar appears in the list, tap the plus [+] button next to it.
- You will now see that shared calendar in the left and side menu. You can show or hide any calendar by checking/unchecking the box near it.
