Access BlueZone or CAP Server via Remote Desktop Services

BlueZone and the CAP Server are now available via Remote Desktop Services. BlueZone will allow you to modify the password for secure applications like SEMA4 or EPM11 while you are off campus.

Introduction

BlueZone is now available via Remote Desktop Services. This will allow you to modify the password for secure applications like SEMA4 or EPM11 while you are off campus. There are a few steps each person needs to complete one time so this will work when you sign into RDS.

 

Instructions

1. Sign into Remote Desktop Services at https://scsuremotedesktop.campus.stcloudstate.edu/RDWeb
2. Click to open the Employee Remote Desktop icon
3. Enter your StarID credentials and click OK.
4. You will see at least two applications on your desktop.

5. For BlueZone, open the application BlueZone 7.1 Session Manager from the desktop, then double click to open the Standard Laptop Config.

6. For the CAP Server, double click on the icon on the desktop and sign into the CAP server using your StarID credentials.
