Body
Introduction
The classroom touch panel allows you to choose how you want to present—using the in‑room computer, your laptop, or Airtame. Follow the steps below to get started.
Instructions
1. Selecting a Display Source
Default View
When the system starts, the screen will resemble the examples shown below.

By default, the system is set to Computer (the in‑room desktop).
Wireless Presentation (Airtame)
If you want to present wirelessly:
- Select Wireless Presentation.
- For setup help, refer to the Knowledge Base article “Setting Up an Airtame Session.”
Laptop HDMI
If you are using your own laptop:

- Select Laptop HDMI on the touch panel.
- Make sure you connect the HDMI cable to your device before presenting.
2. Logging In
- If using the in‑room desktop, log in using your StarID and password.
3. Ending Your Session
When your class is finished:
- Log out of the in‑room desktop computer.
- Use the touch panel to shut down the system before leaving the room.

4. Audio Settings
Selecting the Correct Playback Device
To ensure audio plays through the classroom speakers:
- Open the audio/volume icon on your device.
- Select the playback device named “ATL 1080P 2CH.”
- If this is not selected, audio will play from your laptop speakers, resulting in lower volume.
Adjusting Volume
You may adjust the volume:
- On your computer’s audio controls, and
- On the touch panel, which controls the room speaker output.
