General Work Request

Overview

• Includes requests for carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting adjustment, office/furniture move, temperature adjustment, non-emergency repair requests, adding or removing shelves, wall patching, painting, carpet replacement or any other requests for Facilities Maintenance. 
• If more than 3 types of services are needed, this will be sent to the dean or department head for approval.
