If you are having trouble logging in to the library proxy, try the following troubleshooting steps or submit a ticket for assistance.
- Are you enrolled?
- If you are not a currently enrolled student, you will not have access to library resources. Undergraduates can request an extension, while graduate students will need to enroll in a course to gain access to library resources. See this page for details.
- Is your StarID working?
- If you can log in to StarID portal, and you are currently enrolled,
- The most common issue is an old password saved in your browser.
- Type in your StarID and Password to double check for typos.
- Update your saved password or clear your cache
- Try resetting your Star ID password. It may take several minutes for the update to work on the library site.
