Introduction
If you receive a spam or phishing message in your inbox, report it using the built-in Report Message feature in Outlook.
NOTE
Messages that are already in the Junk Email folder do not need to be reported. Do not open messages in the Junk Email folder unless you believe a message was incorrectly identified as junk.

If You Don't Have the Report Message Option
If Report Message is unavailable, or if you have a question about whether an email is suspicious:
- Create a new, blank email addressed to phishing@stcloudstate.edu.
- Drag and drop the suspicious message into the new email. This attaches the original message so it can be reviewed.
- Send the email.
