How to Locate your Email Address

Introduction

NOTE: Please note that your starID@minnstate.edu or starID@go.minnstate.edu is NOT an email address, it is your Office 365 login username. To check what your email address is, follow the steps below. 
 

Your email address format will always be-

Employees/Emeriti: email@stcloudstate.edu    

Students: email@go.stcloudstate.edu

1. Log into Office 365 using your Office 365 login and your starID password                                 

•     Employees/Emeriti/Student workers: starID@minnstate.edu
•     Students: starID@go.minnstate.edu

2. Click on the round button with your profile picture or initials on the top right side. Then, click My Office profile. 

3. You will see your email address under your name.
