How to Print SPSS Statistics

Introduction

SPSS Statistics is a software package used for interactive, or batched, statistical analysis.

Instructions

To print from SPSS Statistics

1. Save the file in a selected destination (Save as Type: *.sav)
2. It will then provide the output report
3. Save the output report in a selected destination as an .html file with File name (Save as Type: SPSS Web Report.html)
4. Open the saved output report from your selected destination (This will open in html format)
5. Print using keystrokes CTRL + P
6. Choose the printer type CampusBW on HuskyPrint

Print from Microsoft Word

1. Copy the report to a word file and print
