Departmental Costs of Printing

How much does printing cost for departments?

Answer

St. Cloud State IT will issue one P.O. for the St. Cloud State University campus and will bill departments monthly based on usage.

Rates Per Print

• Black and White $0.01 per single impression
• Color - $0.075 per single impression

Price Per Impression Includes

• All supplies including toner and developer (except staples and paper)
• All parts including but not limited to: fusers, maintenance kits, feed tires and all other internal mechanical parts
• MFP/MFD/Printers replacement copy, print, scan and standard paper trays. Additional fees will apply for any other accessories.
• On-site technician during normal business hours
• Print Tracker software
