Overview
Crestron devices are located at the front desks of Residence Halls and are used to temporarily unlock the front doors.
What to Do If It’s Not Working
If the Crestron device in your Residence Hall is not functioning properly:
- Contact HuskyTech for troubleshooting assistance.
- Or submit a support ticket to the appropriate technician for further help.
Note: HuskyTech student workers cannot reset Crestron devices that control Residence Hall doors.
