Front Door Crestron Not Working at Residence Hall

What do I do if the Crestron device in my Residence Hall isn't working

Answer

Residence Halls are equipped with Crestron devices at the front desk. The devices can be used to unlock the front door for a specified amount of time.

If you are having issues with the Crestron in your Residence Hall, please contact HuskyTech to have someone troubleshoot the device or submit a ticket to the appropriate technician.

Note

HuskyTech Student Workers cannot reset the Crestron devices that control the doors to the Residence Halls.
