Zoom Meetings for Chromebook Issue

Introduction

If you're having issues with Zoom on your Chromebook, follow the instructions below.

Instructions

1. Go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zoom/hmbjbjdpkobdjplfobhljndfdfdipjhg
2. Click the blue Add to Chrome button.
3. Sign in same as normal (either StarID-linked or department-email linked account)
4. Join meeting

• Breakout Rooms can only be accessed when you are the Host.

5. On bottom menu bar click the Breakout Rooms tab.

• From there you will be able to create any number of Breakout Rooms, assign participants to Breakout Rooms, and Join Breakout Rooms.

6. You will need to click Open All Rooms to send people to their Breakout Rooms.
