Why didn't I get a bill until after it was past due?
Answer
St. Cloud State University does not mail paper statements. Reminder emails are sent to students' SCSU email account before the due date.
It is the student's responsibility to view the account balance online under "Bills and Payment" in e-Services. Important Billing Date and deadlines can be found online at important dates and deadlines. Payment may be made at this same link in e-Services.
Students may also give someone access to their bill. Please see the Parent access to student account article.
