Hours per week a student work for the University


How many hours per week can a student work for the University?


During the academic year a person may work a maximum of 20 hours per week through student employment at the University.  During those two-week pay periods encompassing days when no classes are held, add 4 hours per day for each official day without classes (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).  

During summer the limit is 40 hours per week.
