Introduction
As a student or employee, you can upload your photo online.
Tips for a successful photo upload:
- Photo size at least 600 x 800 pixels. (No larger than 1200 x 1600 pixels)
- Nothing larger than 5 MB of size
- Color Photo (No Black and White)
- Only .JPEG images are accepted
* If you have any issues uploading your images please email campuscard@stcloudstate.edu with the photo and a copy of your driver's license so we can verify your identity and upload the photo to your card on your behalf."
Instructions
- Go to Account Management to upload your photo.
- Click "Log in Here" on the left side using your StarID and StarID password.
- Scroll down on the left column and click on Photo Upload.
- Read the terms and conditions, and click on the red Agree button.
- On the Photo Upload page:
- You must upload Proof of Identity first
- Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Driver's License
- State Identification Card
- Passport/Visa
- Permanent Residence Card
- ID image must be in JPG or PNG format
- Select Choose file to locate your file
- Click Upload Government Issued ID once your photo is uploaded.
- Fill out your email address
- Select how you want to receive your card
- Faculty/Staff
- Please pick up your card the next day
- St. Cloud- Pickup card
- The card will be ready by the next business day
- Plymouth- Pickup card at Plymouth location
- Online classes- Mail Card
- If you chose this option, make sure to fill out your mailing address in the Selection "Online classes- Mail Card" field
- Then browse your electronic device for your photo, and click on the upload button.
- If your photo meets the above-listed specifications, it will be accepted.
- You may be directed to crop your photo or make another adjustment to comply. Follow the directions on the screen.
10. Click Save Photo
11. Please give up to the next business day for your card to either be approved or denied (based on image uploaded)
