📸 Photo Requirements
To ensure your photo is accepted:
- Size: Minimum 600×800 pixels, maximum 1200×1600 pixels
- File Size: Under 5 MB
- Format: JPEG only
- Color: Must be in color (no black & white)
- Framing: From top of shoulders to top of head, with blank space above head
- Pose: Facing forward, neutral expression or smile
- Background: Solid white
- Not Allowed: Hats, caps, scarves, sunglasses, animals, props, or funny faces
🧾 Upload Instructions
Go to https://services.jsatech.com/index.php?cid=182
- Go to Account Management and click Log in Here using your StarID and password.
- In the left column, click Photo Upload.
- Read the terms and click the red Agree button.
- Upload your Proof of Identity (JPG or PNG format):
- Acceptable IDs: Driver’s License, State ID, Passport/Visa, Permanent Residence Card
- Click Choose File, then Upload Government Issued ID
- Enter your email address.
- Choose how you want to receive your card:
- Faculty/Staff: Pick up next business day
- St. Cloud: Pick up next business day
- Plymouth: Pick up at Plymouth location
- Online Classes: Choose “Mail Card” and enter your mailing address
- Upload your photo following the guidelines above.
- Crop or adjust your photo if prompted.
- Click Save Photo.
- Allow up to one business day for approval or denial.
