Introduction
This article instructs installing applications on an SCSU-owned Entra ID or Microsoft365 Cloud Connected Device (Windows 10 & 11).
Question
- This is for St. Cloud State-owned computers enrolled as a Microsoft365 Cloud Connected (Entra ID) Device.
- This guide provides a quick overview of installing applications using the Company Portal.
- Company Portal has replaced Software Center as the Application Portal.
Note: Please review the instructions below for accessing software in the Company Portal. If the software is not available in the Company Portal, then please work with your assigned technician to submit a software request.
Answer
- For most Microsoft365 Cloud Connected devices you should see a Company Portal Icon pinned in the user’s Start Menu. If you do not see the Company Portal application listed, use the search bar to type “Company Portal”, and select to open.

- Use the search bar to look for the program you want, you can also search based on App Categories.
- Click Install to install the app
