Request a Development or Semesterless Course Shell in D2L Brightspace

Overview

• Request a blank course shell for a group, training or other need. Courses in ISRS with an assigned instruction will automatically have a D2L course shell created for that course and do not need a request.
• Courses in ISRS with an assigned instruction will automatically have a D2L course shell created (without having to be manually requested by the instructor). Please note that requests for the combination of multiple course sections into one D2L course will still require a request through the D2L course request application (login required)

Benefits

• Request a ‘sandbox’ in which to prepare material for a future term’s course. 
• Ability/place to try different things without affecting an ongoing course. 
• Build an area for training, delivering non-curricular materials, etc...

• Select Special Request/Support when you sign in, then select an option from the dropdown menu and complete your request.
