Submit a ticket without using a StarID

Overview 

• Prospective students, alumni, newly admitted students and students who cannot sign into this system using their StarID credentials are welcome to submit a ticket.
• Your StarID is two letters, four numbers, and two letters, e.g. "ab1234cd."
• Faculty, staff and students are all assigned one StarID that works for all Minnesota State System of colleges and universities.

• If you have a StarID and are not able to sign into this system, Test your StarID credentials to ensure your password is current and reset your password if needed.
• Visit https://starid.minnstate.edu/ to change your password, activate your StarID, or identify your StarID.
