Introduction
Your emergency address is shared with first responders when you dial an emergency number using Zoom Phone. It is critical that this address reflects your actual physical location so emergency personnel can reach you quickly if needed.
Zoom allows you to store multiple personal emergency addresses, making it easy to switch between locations such as your office, home, or other work sites.
Important:
When Zoom refers to a “personal address,” it means any location where you are physically working, including:
- Your office or desk on campus
- Meeting rooms you frequently use
- Your home or remote work location
- Any temporary workspace
Do not use the default university/business address 720 4th Ave S, St. Cloud, MN 56301 unless it is your exact physical location.
