Question
How do I enable/disable Do Not Disturb (DND) and customize DND settings for Zoom phone?
Answer
You can enable/disable Do Not Disturb (DND) and change your DND settings for your Zoom Phone through the Zoom desktop application. Follow the steps below.
To enable DND and customize settings:
1. Open the Zoom desktop application and sign in, if needed
2. Click on your profile on the upper right-hand side in the Zoom application (you should see your initials listed)

3. Hover over Do Not Disturb and a menu should appear with options for how long you want to set Do Not Disturb for, including the option to set custom DND hours (pictured below).

Once you have DND enabled, you can disable DND by opening your Zoom desktop application, navigating back to your profile, hovering over Do Not Disturb and then selecting "Turn Off".
