Introduction
If your department requires authentication and your printer is not working or if you received a new computer, please follow these steps.

Reconfiguration Instructions
First you will need to open an app, any app will do for this purpose. Once an application is open, click Print.
When the print setup window opens choose the printer you would like to, then click on the Copies & Pages drop-down menu.
From here, select Output Method.
Under Output Method you will see a few checkbox options, click Account Track.
An Account Track window will open that will ask you for a Department Name (Which you will keep blank) and also a Password, This password will be your PIN. Provide the credential and click OK.
Next, you will go up to the top of the print setup window and under the Presets drop-down menu, select Save Current Settings as Preset.
Doing this will have another window open where you will be able to name the preset to whatever you would like and also select if you want the preset to include only this printer, or all printers. then click OK.
Note: We suggest you set the Preset Available For: to Only This Printer.
You will notice that the preset is now set to the preset name you've just created.
You can now print.
