Why is my email locked out?

After resetting your StarID password, it will take up to an 15 minutes to sync to Office365. Your Office365 account uses the StarID password and takes time to sync.

If you receive an error message stating "Your account is locked. Please contact your Administrator", give the system up to 15 minutes and try again. If you still have issues please contact HuskyTech for further troubleshooting.
