Troubleshooting Steps

 

NOTE

The wireless networks shown in the images below are used as an example only. The WiFi troubleshooting that you will be doing on your Windows 10 device will pertain to the wireless network name in which you are experiencing connectivity issues. 

 

1. Make sure that WiFi_1 is not connected.

  • Right Click on WiFi_1 and click "Forget"

2. Now youll want to reconnect.

  • Click WiFi_1 again, and click "Connect"

  • Next, Enter the 'Security Key' for the Wireless Network and then click "Next"

  1. You will see now that WiFi_1 is now 'Connected, Secure'.
