How to import addresses for the Junk Email Fliter Lists

Instructions

1. Open an email message.
2. Click the Message tab.
3. In the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk Email Options.
4. For each of the following tabs Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, or Blocked Senders, click Import from File.
5. Find the file, highlight it and click Open.
6. Click Apply.
