How do I Re-Sync my Outlook Calendar in Navigate (EAB)?

Answer

 

To enable your Outlook calendar to sync to Navigate, or to correct the sync issue due to Office 365 MFA, follow the instructions below.

Sync your Calendar

  1. Log into Navigate with your  Star ID & Password at http://stcloudstate.campus.eab.com/
  2. Click on the Calendar icon on the left hand side navigation.
  3. Click on the “Settings and Sync” button on the right hand side.

  1. Click “Setup Sync
  2. You'll see ‘SCSU prefers to use Office 365 Sync’; click the button that says “Use Office 365…

  1. Use your MinnState credentials to connect  (your StarID@minnstate.edu and your StarID password)
  2. Click the approval screen

 

NOTE:  It can take up to 10 minutes for the sync to take effect.

You can always come back to Settings & Sync to verify the sync is updating.
