Zoom Outlook Plug-in for Mac

Introduction

To use the Zoom Add-in in Outlook, version 16.46 or better is required. The Zoom for Outlook Add-in will connect Outlook and Zoom for you so that you may configure meetings on your calendar with a Zoom session link for your invitees. 

Instructions

  1. Open MS Outlook on your Mac
  2. Open the "Tools" Menu at the top of the screen
  3. Select "Get Add-ins"
  4. Type "Zoom" in the search box (top right of Add-ins window)
  5. Click "Zoom for Outlook" 
  6. Click "Add"
