What to do if you can't get into a meeting
Resolution
1. Confirm you are logging in with the SSO (starID and password) you may need to log out if you are signed in with other credentials.
2. Check the meeting ID and then try logging on a different device or browser such as a phone or computer.
3. If you can join the meeting (including the waiting room) with a different device, check the Internet and update your version of zoom or restart the device that cannot join the meeting.
4.If you cannot join the meeting with a different device. Contact the host about the problem or double-check the meeting ID and password.
