How do I accept the loan on my financial aid notification?

Answer

Loans, which you repay with interest, must be accepted by you (the borrower) before they can be processed and certified. To accept the loans, follow the steps listed in your e-Services. 

• Federal Direct Loans take approximately 3-5 business days to certify and apply to your student account, provided you have completed loan entrance counseling and the Master Promissory Note.  
• Private Loans take approximately 3 weeks to process due to the certification and review requirements of the private lenders.
