Delegate Email Access

Introduction

If you want the user to be able to send emails on behalf of you, you can create them as a Delegate.

 

Instructions

Now we need to edit the permissions of the newly shared folder. Go to File -> Account Settings -> Delegate Access

Just as before, you need to add each member you wish to have delegate access. After you have added all the users to delegate access, you can edit their permissions by selecting the Permissions... Button.

From this menu, you can edit the permissions of this delegate. After the desired settings have been set, click on the Ok Button.
