Introduction
There are many different solutions available for electronic/online forms to provide a more user-friendly solution than a PDF or Word doc. Forms can range from simple email-based forms to feature-rich, workflow-supported applications.

- Authentication for campus users: students, faculty and staff OR
- Unauthenticated forms open to anyone: prospective students, community members and other non-campus users.

- Development, maintenance and support, dependant upon solution being used:
- Self-supported form development and maintenance OR
- Full support and development provided by campus staff.
- Integration with ISRS, Office365, Perceptive Content/ImageNow and other vendor applications in use on campus to share data between systems.
