if you receive a spam or phishing call, please block the number and report it to the FTC in order to keep a record of the caller. We'll list the instructions for blocking on iPhone and Android below.

How to block a number on iPhone -
- If you're in the Phone app under Recents, tap the Info button
next to the phone number or contact that you want to block. Scroll down, then tap Block this Caller.
- If you're in Messages, open the conversation, tap the contact at the top of the conversation, then tap the Info button
. Tap info 
scroll down, then tap Block this Caller.
- When you block a phone number or contact, they can still leave a voicemail, but you won't get a notification. Messages that are sent or received won't be delivered. Also, the contact won't get a notification that the call or message was blocked.
How to block a number on Android -
- To block a number on Android, tap the three vertical dots in the top-right of the Phone app and select Block numbers.
- You can also block a number on Android from your recent calls by locating the number in your call log and pressing down on it until a window appears with the Block option.
Once you have successfully blocked the scam number, please report the number to the FTC so their history will be logged and they will be recorded in the scam logs of the FTC. You can report these calls at: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
