How to verify your supplemental account


How to verify your account to keep it enabled for another year. Essentially, when an account becomes expired, it will no longer be accessible. At that point, it will be held for a year. If it is not re-verified in that time, the account is deleted.


  1. Log into the Supplemental Maintenance page using your starID/pw
  2. Locate the account you need to extend for another year
    1. Look under "Last Verified"
    2. Click Verify by the appropriate account
    3. Click Done after the account has been verified and continue on if you have any additional to verify
