How do supervisors approve timesheets in Workday?

According to Minnesota State: All non-faculty employees including Administrators will be required to submit timesheets each payroll period, MSCF and IFO are the only excluded employees. For IFO/MSCF faculty, only time-off/absence requests are submitted in Workday as work assignment (duty days) and payroll are calculated based on the assignment and the 9- or 12-month option.

Tips:
- Before approving an employee's timesheet, be sure to verify that the number of hours and the amount/type of leave submitted is correct for both weeks of the pay period.
- Use the Review Time report to look at your team's submitted, unsubmitted and approved time.
- Set up delegations so that someone else can review/approve your employees' timesheets in the event you are out of town, ill, etc.
