Introduction
During summer 2026, SCSU is implementing a new fleet of modern multifunction printers that will leverage secure print release, where individuals can release print jobs while at the printer using a mobile app or passcode (no mobile app required). Those using the mobile app will be able to scan a QR code located on the printer to release the documents at that printer. The instructions for getting and setting up the app are below. Once you have setup the app, see additional instructions for securely releasing print jobs and/or mobile printing.
