Instructions

To log into ISRS (Uniface) you will use your StarID and password.

Troubleshooting common issues:

  • On a Domain Device:
    • If you don't see the ISRS icon on the desktop
      • Was the computer asleep when you arrived on campus
        • If yes sign out of the computer and then sign on using a wired connection and the script will then run
      • if you logged in and are only using wireless wifi, you will need to sign out and back in onto a wired connection for it to run
  • A Student logged in as a student will not get the icon, they will need to use the supplemental account that has access to ISRS.
  • ISRS off campus
    • You will need to use one of the following
      • Direct access and RDWeb
      • Access point
      •  contact your tech on how to manually run the script
  • Entra Device
    • ISRS/Uniface is not directly accessible via a cloud-enabled computer (but WorkDay will be).

    •  Can I use RDWeb to access ISRS or another secure application while I am off campus?

      • RDWeb is accessible via a cloud-enabled computer while you are on campus, but not while you are working off campus. If you need to access a secure application while you are not on campus, please discuss the options with your supervisor.

      • While on campus, when you are prompted to enter your user name, use this format: STCLOUDSTATE\ab1234cd

  • If you need to reset your starID password you can contact MinnState HelpDesk. Or at 877-466-6728.
