How do I sign into Cascade?

When I enter my credentials, why do I get the message “login failed.”

Instructions

To sign into Cascade:

• If you are an employee, use your StarID credentials.
• If you are a student employee, you will need to use a supplemental account and the respective password. Student employee accounts can not be used in Cascade at this time. Learn more about supplemental accounts and how to create one.

Login failed message

If you are using a supplemental account (student employee, GA or departmental account) and you get an error message stating that the login failed, type the user name exactly as it was given to you with correct upper and lower case characters. These types of accounts are case sensitive.
