Reset 'Free/Busy Options' on Outlook Application/Outlook on the Web (Windows and Apple)

How do I change my Free / Busy Options in Outlook for Windows or Mac?

Answer

 

Windows

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click on File > Options > Calendar.
  3. Click on Free/Busy Options under Calendar options.
  4. Change the setting according to your preference. 

Apple

  1. Click on Outlook > Preference on the menu bar.
  2. Click on Calendar.
  3. Click on Free/Busy Options under Calendar options.
  4. Change the setting according to your preference.

Classic (old) Outlook on the Web

  1. Log into Office 365.
  2. Click on Outlook > Settings (Gear button at the top right corner).
  3. Click on Calendar under ‘Your app settings’.
  4. On the left side of the page, click on Calendar appearance.
  5. Change the setting according to your preference. 
  6. Click Save.

 

Outlook on the Web

  1. Log into Office 365.
  2. Click on Outlook > Settings (Gear button at the top right corner).
  3. Click on View all Outlook settings.
  4. Click on Calendar under Settings.
  5. Change the setting according to your preference. 
  6. Click Save.
