Why is a hold code 0036 (Provisional Admission Hold) on my account?
Answer
Provisional Admission Holds indicate that you have not submitted your final, official transcripts, including degree postings for recent graduates, international transcript evaluations and/or official test scores for GRE/GMAT or English Proficiency. To clear the hold, request official documents sent to graduateadmission@stcloudstate.edu and remember that official documents are sent directly by the institution or authorized agent, or if by paper, must be sealed and signed by institutional representatives.
Review all of your holds in eServices and contact the listed office.
