Request or Modify Access to Service, System or Data


  • Request to add, modify or remove access to an IT-hosted service, system, data, or shared mailbox.
  • Folder permission is granted to top-level folders only and is inherited by subfolders. Permission cannot be granted directly to subfolders. If you need to give exclusive access to a subfolder, the subfolder will need to be converted to a top-level folder.
  • Supervisor and/or data owner authorization may be required to process the request. It is preferred that a supervisor or data owner submit these requests.


  • Enables groups of users to access and share work files 
  • Enables groups of users to access a shared mailbox or calendar



  • Available to faculty, staff, and current student employees via a supplemental account
