StarID Email Address Wrong or Missing

If the email address linked to your StarID is incorrect, you’ll need to update it through the appropriate channel based on your role at the university.


Instructions

For Employees:

Contact SCSU Human Resources to update your email address on file.
The update will reflect on your StarID profile within one hour.

For Students:

To update your personal email address:

  1. Log in to E-Services using your StarID and password.
  2. Click on Account Management.
  3. Select Demographic Info.
  4. Update your personal email address and click Submit.
  5. The change will appear on your StarID profile within one hour.
