StarID Email Address Wrong or Missing

Introduction

 

The email address on my Star ID account is wrong.  What should I do?

Instructions

 

Employees: Contact SCSU's Human Resources to update your personal email address on file. The change will be on your Star ID profile within one hour.

Students: To change your personal email address, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to E-services with your StarID and password

2. Click on Account Management

3. Click on Demographic Info under Account Management

4. You can change your personal email address in this page and click on submit

5. This change will be on your StarID profile within an hour.
